System Components
    Front Panel framed sheet metal door with padlock lugs, pre-hung in angle frame.
    Wall Panel sheet metal formed/framed to mount to front panel, floor, and building wall or adjacent locker.
    Tops Recommended if there is more than 6" between the locker and room ceiling.
    Backs Necessary when lockers are placed back to back or away from a building wall.
    Bottoms Provide a uniform surface to stack items while protecting contents from damp basement floors.
    Locking Three point locking system available for extra security.
    Closed Gap Door Gaps around door closed with steel flat bar.
    Extra Width Storage areas wider than 4 feet require an extra front panel.
    Open Secure Storage Wire mesh or expanded metal may be substituted for sheet metal, see wire lockers.

Material Specifications
All frames, dividers, and angle supports shall be punched with slotted holes for anchoring and assembly. 16 gauge sheet metal shall be securely welded to all frames.
    Door Panels Shall be framed in 1-1/4" x 1-1/4" x 1/8" angle with doors pre-hung at the factory. Single tier doors constructed with two diagonal and one horizontal stiffener of 1/4" x 3/4" flat bar behind sheet metal securely welded into a 1-1/4" x 1-1/4" x 1/8" frame. Double tier doors shall have a single diagonal stiffener behind the sheet metal. All doors supplied with door strikes, padlock lugs, and 2-1/2" x 2-1/2" spun-pin hinges welded in place.
    Wall Panels Shall be framed on three sides with 1-1/4" x 1-1/4" x 1/8" steel angle, a 1/8" x 3" steel flat bar completes the frame.
    Dividers Shall be formed 16 gauge galvanized sheet metal fastened to a 1-1/4" x 1-1/4" x 1/8" angle support. Divider provided with double tier units; optional on single tier units.
    BACKS (Optional) Shall be 16 gauge galvanized sheet metal.
    TOPS (Optional) Sized to cover one or more lockers, shall be of same construction as door panels, wire mesh may be substituted for sheet metal.
    BOTTOMS (Optional) Shall be formed 16 gauge galvanized sheet metal.
    HARDWARE Shall be 3/8" standard thread grade two plated nuts and bolts; 3/8" mechanical anchors for wall and floor mount-provided.
    FINISH All non-plated, non galvanized parts shall receive one prime coat of gray enamel.
